Beachside seafood spot with amazing paella - would highly recommend ordering the black rice paella. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs prepare paella, which is a nice touch if you’re not seated by the windows with an ocean view.
People say that this is one of the best paellas in Barcelona. It may be, we did not have it anywhere else. It was very tasty and it was cooked on the spot. It takes around maybe 20 mins to be ready. It is bit pricey but worth to try.
We really enjoyed our food. Mushroom paella was great, tuna tartar was delicious. Paella took time, but other foods came in reasonable time.
If you want to try the best paella in Barcelona this is the place. Unfortunately I'm the biggest fun of it, but I tried and I enjoyed it, but I prefer more meat than seafood:) anyway it's good to have a reservation during lunch/dinner time restaurant is full. You can take a big pan filled with paella and share with friends. Don't forget to take some dessert they will show what they have:) njoy!
Xiringuito Escribà is an absolute must if you're in Barcelona and craving some authentic paella by the beach. The open kitchen lets you watch the chefs in action, which adds a lively buzz to the experience. The seafood paella we had was spot-on—perfectly cooked rice, generous portions of fresh seafood, and packed with flavor. The location right by the sea makes it even better for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Highly recommend reserving a table in advance—it gets quite busy! Can't wait to come back.
