Both dishes arrived promptly, and the service was smooth and efficient throughout. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, which added to the pleasant experience.As for the ramen itself—simply delightful! Both bowls were flavorful, authentic, and well-prepared. The Black Garlic Ramen stood out with its deep, rich taste, while the Tonkotsu Ramen had a comforting and creamy broth that hit the spot.Overall, Umaimon Ramen Bar offers delicious, authentic ramen with excellent service. One of them even time to give us suggestions of places to visit in Barcelona and how to play the “pyramid” game!The ramen here is phenomenal—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, whether you opt for the creamy tonkotsu or the spicy miso. The noodles have just the right amount of chew, and the toppings are fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The chashu melts in your mouth, and the soft-boiled egg is always cooked to perfection.Beyond the ramen, their appetizers are equally impressive. The gyozas are must-tries—they’re crispy, flavorful, and pair wonderfully with the main dishes.
