Terraza Verbena Rooftop by Monument Hotel

Server on the rooftop, a guy with blond hair, was extremely rude and didn’t greet us when we walked in. Just walked by us and looked at us in a very negative and stuck up way. He came up to us finally after a few minutes, again didn’t say Hello or anything, looked at us and said “you can’t sit here, you can sit over there” and pointed to a corner and walked away. The place only had a few tables of people and had plenty of free tables available on a Sunday evening, so it made no sense why he wouldn’t let us sit in that table. Honestly, if he would have been polite and said hi and told us that we needed to sit in another area for whatever reason, we would have accepted and understood. But he was not friendly at all and didn’t make us feel comfortable. How can you not even say Hello to clients with a smile? It’s absurd! We decided to leave immediately. We felt like we were being judged for our clothing because he had a very negative attitude when he looked at and spoke to us. It’s a shame to treat clients like that, especially when they’re coming to spend money. By the way, we were dressed fine, but probably didn’t look like how he wanted us to. It’s a shame to leave this rating, but we felt extremely offended by this experience.

I came to this bar by accident, originally aiming for the one across the street, but I ended up pleasantly surprised. The staff here were welcoming and cheerful, the music set a good vibe, and the guests seemed friendly and well-mannered. The drinks were great, and the prices were reasonable.Although I visited at night and couldn't fully appreciate the rooftop view, I imagine it would be quite lovely during the day. The abundance of two-seat tables might pose a challenge for larger groups, but it's perfect for a relaxed drink. Overall, I recommend stopping by for a laid-back and enjoyable experience.

Gorgeous rooftop with a beautiful plunge pool. It's protected from the wind and offers amazing views of the city. We went for breakfast and lunch - food was incredible - but heard that the cocktail hour was a lot of fun too. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views from the roof top bar. Amazing staff, very polite, providing excellent service.Definitely worth going up for few drinks. Didn’t try food, so can’t say anything about it.

It was raining so even though the terrace was with excellent view we went inside. it has a great lightning and you can still see the wheel from inside so we did not complain and loved it is excellent. They don't miss a thing !!!this Burata Salat was an excellent choice. Cocktails are very nice. I highly recommend this place.
