Restaurant Brisa

I would say correct but no wow effect. The staff don't really care about you once you order, they made a mistake adding extra water which should not happen so not cool from this point of view. such a correction are akward to make afterward. So yes, but not YES.

I was a loyal client, but today I had the worst experience in a restaurant. I was at Brisa for a coffee in the morning, when the place just opened and the waiter made me leave in the next 5 minutes as I am not allowed to take a sit to just drink something, without informing before. My opinion is that this is disrespectful and rude, when the place is empty and no people in queue. It was my last time visiting the place, shame on the restaurant’s manager for the lack of training.Worst experience. If you what a good service, never visit the place.

Nice location and views, but the music was completely out of context and too loud.. the misfits… really .. at lunch time.Then, we order a paella for 4 and other meals which was around 200 and I served my family plates myself on the table… I was expecting a bit more dedicated service to be honestNot sure if I’m come back …

We were recommended to try Brisa by friends. We had reservations and asked if we could sit by the windows so we could people watch and check out the sights. We were told no, and we're say at a corner table with a view of the wait staff. 4 window table seats stayed empty for the entirety of our dinner. Our order was taken by a server who appeared to want to be anywhere but there. Drinks took approx. 20 minutes to get to our table (restaurant was 3/4 full).I was then told one of our dishes couldn't be deemed because they ran out of food. No problem, I ordered another dish. Our main course came out quickly and, for the most part, was good, though my wife's salmon was undercooked. We had ordered an app, but that never made it to the table.This was a very disappointing experience. We were cordial the whole time, but I felt like the matured and the server did not want us there from the get-go. American bias???? I don't know.

We had a really good evening. We enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant. The music was nice. Beside that, the food was very nice. We took some tapas and it were very good portions. The waitress rachel made our evening extra good. She was very kind and had a lovely smile. Overall, we would come back the next time we visit Barcelona.
