Amazing experience for a good price. The restaurant definitely deserves its place in the Michelin guide. The waitresses were really kind and delivered great service. We would certainly recommend this place for special evenings and we think they deserve more guests (only two tables were booked when we were at Baló).

Offers a perfectly balanced degustation menu—creative, Mediterranean-inspired, and never overdone. Each dish is a unique and exciting experience. The wine list is just right—diverse and reasonably priced. Service is discreet and efficient, exactly what you need. Bravo to both chefs! We’ll be back

A serene late lunch. Some wonderful dishes - the filo pastry cigar filled with smoked salmon rilette, the almost creamy slow cooked chicken wrapped in shaved celery, the perfectly cooked sea bass with hazelnuts. The only slight miss was the dessert, which I didn't quite understand.Service was delightful.11/10 experience, totally outstanding.

The food was nice. We tried the Baló Menu and sourdough bread. But the wine pairing was a bit of a disappointment although it started with a promising vermouth. The white wines did not seem to pair at all, regardless of whether they were fancily mixed with beetroot juice or not. The service was friendly although the servers seemed somewhat confused every once in a while. There's also room for improvement regarding attention to details. For example if you run out of the apple juice early in the night why don't you just pop into a nearby supermarket and get another bottle?

Outstanding Dining Experience at Balo RestaurantWe had the pleasure of trying the Balo menu and were delighted by the experience. We requested a menu featuring only fish, with no meat and no alcohol, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chef was incredibly friendly and flexible, accommodating all our preferences with ease. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly made the evening special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tailored and exceptional dining experience.
