My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Restaurant Agua in Barcelona. The setting was perfect—right by the beach, with the sound of the waves in the background and a warm breeze in the air. We shared a seafood paella, and it was incredible—full of flavor, with fresh seafood and perfectly cooked rice. It felt like one of those meals you remember for a long time. The atmosphere was relaxed and romantic, making it the perfect spot for a night out together. The service was a bit pushy, but honestly, we didn’t mind. We were just enjoying the moment, sipping our wine, and taking it all in. If you're looking for a great dinner by the sea, this is the place to go!
We came to this restaurant and wanted to sit down for drinks and waitress shouted at us that tables are only for food. We looked at all tables for which people were sitting and we could see that everywhere people had only drinks and plates and cutlery were removed from their tables. All people were Spanish so you could see the difference how this restaurant is behaving towards tourists. After we said that we will take food and wanted to sit down for table for 4, she kept shouting at us that we cannot sit down and gave us the smallest table. As proof, l am adding pictures so that everyone can see how they are treating tourists and avoid this place completely!!! No one wants to come for holiday and be yelled at and attacked.
This is a really good restaurant on the edge of the water that serves excellent food. The server was very helpful and provided good suggestions to us.It’s a spacious location with a beautiful setup indoors as well as on a patio. The Seafood Paella was the best I have ever tasted. And the Spicy Potatoes were also amazing. We had a great time.
Beautiful restaurant along the beach with good food and nice terasse. Service a bit slow but waiters are very friendly.I put only 3 stars because they charge 10% if you eat on the terasse. I have never seen such a ridiculous concept anywhere else in the world... (maybe it s common in Barcelona?). The 10% is indicated on the menu. However the minium is to inform the clients before offering them the terasse.
After the Picasso museum on our first full day I was really looking forward to this place next to the sea. After booking some 6 weeks before our trip, it seemed that they weren't expecting us. Three people it took to find my name in the 'computerised' system, and when the head guy finally found us it seemed like a pre-booked table wasn't waiting at the time stated, and he was trying to find a convenient empty table to put us on, which ended up at the back of the terrace! If you book, the table should be reserved and waiting for you, and I would like to think it's in a better spot on the terrace as they know you had a booking to prepare a nice table! That said, the food was enjoyable, and the drink went down well. Based on the other restaurants we visited during our stay, the service was OK, but not special, so overall, we had a nice time, but not memorable.
