The place is a joke… I’ve lived in Barcelona for nearly 5 years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a hot portion of fries.I know Spain is known for their laid back approach but my god I’d rather find better food in the trash outside.Half the team is high and the other doesn’t give a damn about their responsibilities.I know This won’t affect the ‘McDonald’s’ brand in any way but it doesn’t take a Michelin chef to cook fast food right.Ps… wouldn’t give any stars if I could
No air conditioning inside. More than 30 degrees inside and not even ventilation. You are out of your minds folks at MCD. You can’t expect people to have lunch in those conditions…8552 bathroom code…
I forgot my bag outside of the toilet, but the security Severin noticed and looked after my bag all the time for me! Thank God,He’s an angel , appreciate to Severin and McDonals great service.
We arrived when they just opened so got to wait for food to be prepared but its fresh so we don't mind. The 2 floors of seatings are clean and spacious.Staff need to be more proactive, smile more.
Ordered gluten free burger for Big Mac and cheese burger. Difference to normal Big Mac is that gluten free one only have the top and bottom bread without the middle slice of bread. Bread is soft and fluffy and not crumbly. Glad to be able to have a gluten free McDonald’s. Lift available.
