I was recommended this place by locals. It's pretty awesome. Great Tapas. And real tapas. Unfortunately my Spanish is terrible but they have an amazing waitress who speaks great English. Highly recommended. The Calamari was fresh, the mushroom croquettes were smooth and crunchy. I'd ask for the patatas Bravas with sauce on the side as it was heavy on garlic and salt.
Love this place! very good food and atmosphere :) it's not a tourist place - which I like even more!
Amazing place for good quality tapas. All the good old favourites are in the menu. The menu is pretty extensive with 3 pages of tapas ranging from patatas bravas to cepia and from snails to al croquettes of 4 varieties. If you like a table faster then go inside for sure. I suspect that the service is faster there too. When you arrive you see a line of people. Don’t just go in line but get a number first. The people in line have a number already and this is the place to wait with it. The service is fast so have you google translate ready to order in Spanish. NotSure if they have an adapted menu so be aware. Super food, super wine super atmosphere and great prices. A 4 person table has space for about 4/5 dishes so it’s something to consider when ordering and making choices. I absolutely would go back but probably go around 16.00 so after Spanish lunchtime (15.00) when the waiting time was totally gone and many tables were available on the terras.
A very local & lovely restaurant. I would visit here again, as I am tired of tourist spots. It might be a bit difficult to order if you do not know Spanish cuisines and languages, but that makes me feel THE REAL Barcelona. I visited several tapas restaurant in the town, but never seen any better and more authentic one than this. Highly recommended. I personally do not want tourists to come here as I want them to keep this local atmosphere.
I 100% recommend it. The food is mixt, you can order from basics to sea food, drinks, everything you want to try new. The food comes on small plates, are the perfect portions. The waiters are very nice and fast. The restaurant is very crowded. We had to wait in the queue for 20 min after we took a ticket with a number. We were served immediately and the food came fast too, in 3 parts, but the table was always full with food. When we prepared to leave, people were already called to sit down. The waiters always cleaned it too.
