Full of locals, full of flavour and soooo many options to choose from for their all you can eat buffet!Really handy to order from the tablet and you can order an incredible array of hot food, grill and sushi up to 16 at a time with an interval of 8 minsDecent quality and delicious, and has become a new must visit for when I visit Barcelona and want to stuff myself with sushi (plus free sauces like sweet chilli, gyoza dip and others)
This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered and PAID for my sushi, then was told by the cashier to wait outside for 20 minutes. No problem, I went outside and came back after the wait, only to be rudely confronted by an aggressive woman demanding to know if I had paid. I politely told her "yes," but she kept pressing me like I was lying or trying to steal food! I repeated myself, but she kept up her hostile attitude, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The absolute worst part? They didn’t even give me a receipt or any confirmation of payment, so why am I, the paying customer, expected to prove anything when they clearly have no proper system in place?! The lack of organization is outrageous, and I refuse to be treated like that for THEIR mistake. Absolutely unacceptable.
our third but last visit at koyo, Sants was terrible. The service was awful. The waiters were moody and we had to ask for things 2 and 3 times. The food is progressively worse each time. Nothing is fresh and everything is covered in too much sauce. They even managed to ruin sushi rolls with warm rice and runny cream cheese. 45 for me and a 10 year old.
The restaurant is ok nothing special. A modern sushi restaurant type. They have more than a 100 dishes so probably something isn’t as good as it should be. We had few starters and they were ok. The sushi though was quite nice. Only thing we order something like 4 spicy dishes and either they were not spicy enough or the was no spice at all. It an all right place if you’re in the area. AYCE dinner for 19.95 plus drinks and/or dessert.
This restaurant was absolutely fantastic. All you can eat sushi and Japanese style food. My partner ordered everything in Spanish so I'm unsure how easy it will be to order in English. The service was quick and friendly, the food was fresh and very tasty. I'd highly recommend the ribs!
