It was amazing, thank you Joe for yr great hospitality & all the stories behind the dishes. Home away from home & an amazing meal with unique flavours to the regions where you have lived, worked & travelled & in a nice small homely setting, where I also got to meet some amazing people & in the heart of Barcelona. Your passion for food & how & where it connects from your past to the present was a wonderful & unique experience. The food was also beautifully presented. An amazing evening spent with Joe while he was serving us amazing dishes and wowing us with innovative techniques using indigenous products and recipes. His conversation skills and story telling elevated the dining experience.

We had such an amazing experience at Joe’s Table. We are always looking for unique dining experiences with locals when we travel, and we found it here! Joe’s table is a social pop-up fine dining experience that is like no other. You receive a message the day of the dinner with the address where the dinner will be located. You arrive and are treated to a multi-course local tasting menu. And it is just amazing! But it’s not only about the food. It’s definitely about the experience.

Our group really enjoyed this unique gastronomic experience which was located in a small apartment near Las Ramblas. You should be a bit of an adventurous eater to really appreciate all of the food options. There were eight courses and you certainly won’t go hungry. Joe is a fantastic host and it was great hearing his stories throughout the evening. My only disappointment were the barstools provided for the seating. As it is a 3 hour meal, I would suggest more comfortable, supportive chairs. Definitely give it a try. It was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona.

We had a wonderful evening at Joe's table. It is the definition of private dining with beautiful food. International inspired dishes with (mostly) local products. All were good, but Joe hits really bull's eye with some of the dishes.The wines were interesting from small producers.Joe is a fantastic host and creates for his guests a great atmosphere. Every dish is properly introduced, which creates curiosity and boost the experience.In short, a dinner at Joe's table is a complete dinner experience in its own, unique way that I highly recommend for those who is seeking for something different from the ordinary.
