Five Guys Plaza Cataluña

I used to like this place.I came here with a friend the other night and ordered my usual beef hotdog with big fries. The convo with the cashier was like:Cashier: That’s all?Me: Yes, but what will be inside my hotdog sandwich?Cashier: You didn’t tell me what you want.Me: Well, you never asked me, normally your colleagues always ask what the customers want inside (the burger/hotdog sandwich).Cashier: They already know what to put in your sandwich (referring to his colleagues in the kitchen).I got my order and it was literally just the bread and the hotdog and gave me small fries instead of the big size i ordered.

This is my 2nd time trying five guys (had a cheeseburger in Germany) and it was the worst burger I've ever eaten, so I thought it was just a one off, so I tried a hot dog here and it was very mid, friend got a cheeseburger, I tried a piece of it and even though it was better than the one in Germany it was still bad. I genuinely don't get how do people eat here.Staff could speak English and seemed nice though.All refills except non branded water is from coca cola for those who care about BDS.

Burger and fries you arrived. It was delicious. It was a little bit strange that there was no tray only a bag. The soda machine was very interesting.

This was my first time visiting a Five Guys, and did not disappoint! Despite the bustling crowd, we managed to find a seat fairly quickly. What really stood out were the ingredients - fresh, high-quality, and perfectly assembled to create a burger that was nothing short of sensational.
