We decided to go there on our first day in Barcelona and we were very happy with our choice. It has a unique concept but it was worth it. The Tapas and entrances were amazing, you get dishes you would never choose but they were all amazing.
We decided to try this tapas restaurant after seeing other favourable reviews. However, we were slightly put off by the lack of menu outside, my wife being pregnant and not being able to eat certain foods. But I have to say, we were immediately put at ease by our host who recited the three rules of dining whilst pregnant and ensured that everything was prepared correctly or, where it couldn’t be changed, was brought to our attention. As you can imagine, the service was excellent and surpassed only by the food itself which was delicious from start to finish. We would highly recommend adding this to your places to eat if visiting Barcelona. Truly excellent.
We went early Saturday evening to beat the lines, plus we were tired from a day of exploring so suited us fine!The 8-piece 'surprise' tapas for 2 people was delicious and perfectly portioned for us. A whole journey of flavours and textures, highly recommended.The staff are attentive, polite and have a fun sense of humour.A great venue. The red lighting isn't ideal for food photography but that means you'll just have to focus and enjoy your meal
This is a fantastic place to experience authentic Spanish tapas. The food is incredibly flavorful, and the sangria is superb. The staff, particularly Peke, were incredibly friendly and professional. Expect a wait during peak hours, especially around Christmas, but trust me, it's worth it. The large tapas platters are a great value, and the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommend!
Interesting surprise tapas experience.Everything tastes delicious and I was very happy to be welcome even being by myself. Tapas were delicious and kind of the right amount to get you full. Price is reasonable considering how busy they are and the quality of the food.It was a in and out kind of thing and rated atmosphere on 4 stars because of that. I normally like to relax and sit back longer in restaurants.
