Amazing falafel. Really friendly staff and owners. I’ll be back.
I actually had food from Alo beirut and i would say one of the worst food i could try in barcelona.I ordered a chicken shouk and chicken was too oily seems like reheated and never tasted like fresh.Customer service was poor , I could literally see the kitchen staff coming out of kitchen and i couldn’t get a friendly behaviour or overall everything was really poor except the ambience.I normally never post many reviews but this was really pathetic as foodie for me.Thanks , I literally wasted my money and time over here.
Tried their falafel wrap twice: overall satisfied. The recipe is amazing. Could be better by adding freshly fried falafel and insuring adding enough sauce. Ask for the packaged baklava (the ones on the counter are not always fresh).
In one word, this place has saved me from starvation, as you may have already noticed. Food sucks in this cityThe owner is super friendly and welcoming, the food is crazily delicious, you get the same exact tastes as you are eating in lebanonThe place also serves great alcohol drinksWe we're lucky to come across this lovely place, and i highly recommend it to all levant food lovers
If you don't like middle-east cuisine, make some time and pass by Alo Beirut to get cured. A wide variety of Mediterranean food fill up their menu, and will certainly fill up you belly with something. Dip yourself in a 'combined plate' with different types of freshly made hummus bathed with incredibly intense virgin olive oil, hand-made falafel and fresh vegetable salad that you can put together if you like in their warm pita bread. If you go for something smaller, you have plenty of options, starting by a natural yoghurt with lemon juice and mint, to end up with some little eastern desserts, which will make your mouth melt.Good prices, not expensive at all. A place worth to visit twice.
